Sixth Form Centre
Extensive renovation, refurbishment and extension of a grade 2 listed building to create a new sixth form centre. The project was designed and project managed by our founding Director. The design development period included consultation with English Heritage and involved both conversation area and listed building consent. The design included a series of vibrant spaces characterised by the unique historic building fabric, but interrupted by modern interventions used to create a sense of informality.
The building included a number of sustainable design features including waterless urinals, fritted low-E glazing and FSC certified timber joinery.
