Concept
Creative re-use and extension of a vacant 1960’s office building. The building was stripped back to the structure and complete reclad. A new entrance pavilion and reception area was added to create a focal point at the front of the building and to optimise the amount of lettable floor space at ground floor level.

New circulation cores, a new wing and two new floors were also added. All accommodation was design to BCO grade A standards.
